Return Policy

At SKINIQS, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If a return is necessary, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Returns

You may return any product purchased from SKINIQS within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as when received

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Supporting images, if applicable

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Please ensure the item is shipped within 14 days of receiving the RA number.

As SKINIQS operates globally, we may not always be able to provide a prepaid return label. In such cases, clear return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The wrong item or variant was received

Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers are outside of our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item or variant, please contact us immediately.

Eligible items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by SKINIQS.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only offered for items of equal value

  • If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused items only: Products that have been used are not eligible for return

  • Damage-free: Items must not show signs of damage unless received damaged

Special Exception

In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned.
If the replacement is unsatisfactory, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.

This exception is limited to one occurrence per customer.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee covers return processing, restocking, and inventory handling.

Restocking Fee Waiver

The restocking fee may be waived if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was sent and a replacement is unavailable

Waivers are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Updates

SKINIQS reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
